If you request a demo by email, we use the details you provide to arrange a time and send joining information. Hosting and security services may process connection information such as IP address, request time and browser details for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Who handles information

Microsoft Azure hosts this website in East Asia. Zoho Mail handles email enquiries and Zoho Calendar may be used to arrange invitations. Provider processing or support access may occur outside Australia.

Storage, retention and marketing

We use contact information to respond and manage your request. This website uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and does not subscribe visitors to marketing. We intend to keep records only as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Access, correction and complaints

Email services@terinnovation.com.au to ask for access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Describe the issue without including sensitive material. We may verify your identity before sharing or correcting information. We will review your concern and respond. You can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
